From the beginning of PlanFree and the continuation onto BuildFree our intentions have always been to give the best possible value for money and the highest possible service to our customers. It has always been at the forefront of our business to show the best financial return to our customers.

It is common knowledge that there is a fantastic gain to be had by developing land and building projects, although it rarely comes without elements of aggravation and risk. Development funding can also be tricky to secure and costly to maintain.

Born from this knowledge, our BuildFree service aims to emit as much stress as possible. Our aim is to give our customers a far greater return after development than could be attained from simply selling the undeveloped plot or project.

We are able to offer a full 'BuildFree' build and development service on conversions, new builds and whole property renovations, intended to be sold upon completion, with no upfront costs.

How does it work?

If you're the owner of a building plot, land suitable for development, or another building project that has potential to be transformed through development, but you don't want the hassle and outlay of undertaking the build, then this may be the perfect service for you. Following initial contact, we will review all of the information and present a project offer to you. This offer will consist of a simple proposed agreement to undertake the necessary building works, to optimise the value of the site prior to sale. BuildFree will propose a percentage cut on the final sale figure of the site - to cover the development costs and marketing. Everything is fully explained in black and white before a simple contract is draw up by solicitors for both parties’ security. Upon completion of the project, BuildFree will market the property with the view of gaining the best return for all involved. ​
